How to get started?
  1. Confirm Your Eligibility: Make sure your organization is registered in the AWS Partner Network (APN).
  2. Register and Join the Community: Sign up on Devpost and join the hackathon Discord to connect with AWS experts and other partners. 
  3. Claim Your Credits: Request $200 in AWS credits for your AWS account. Credits are available while supplies last. (1 set of credits per AWS Account ID)
  4. Pick Your Track: Review the examples below, choose Track 1 or Track 2, and start building!

How to Apply for Credits

Complete the AWS Promo Credit Request Form and be prepared to provide the following:

  • Company name
  • Provide team member names and email
  • Last 4 of the AWS Account ID number used for the Hackathon project

 

How to Choose a Track

TRACK 1: Show how AI improves your internal MSP operations with measurable efficiency gains

Examples:

  • Automated Triage & Self-Healing Workflows: AI-driven alert classification, root cause analysis, and autonomous remediation that reduces MTTR
  •  Multi-Agent Orchestration for Incident Response: Coordinated AI agents that collaborate across monitoring, diagnosis, communication, and resolution
  • AI-Driven FinOps & Predictive Capacity Planning: Intelligent cost optimization, anomaly detection, and proactive scaling recommendations
TRACK 2: Show how you deliver differentiated, AI-powered services to your end customers:

Examples: Build & Deploy Customer-Facing AI Solutions

  • Generative AI applications on Amazon Bedrock — customer support agents, document intelligence, content generation, and knowledge assistants grounded in customer data via RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
  • Agentic workflows on AgentCore — autonomous agents that execute multi-step business processes (order handling, claims processing, IT operations) with human-in-the-loop guardrails.
  • Industry-specific solutions — tailored accelerators for regulated verticals (healthcare, financial services, public sector) where domain expertise plus compliance is a differentiator.

Examples: Modernize Business Applications with Embedded AI

  • Infuse AI into existing line-of-business applications rather than rebuilding from scratch — intelligent search, summarization, recommendations, and natural-language interfaces.
  • Application modernization paired with AI: refactor legacy workloads and embed AI features as part of the migration, increasing the value of every modernization engagement.
  • Data foundation work — the unglamorous but essential prerequisite: data pipelines, governance, and quality that make AI outcomes trustworthy.
